School Payment Instructions

Welcome to the School Payment Portal!

To facilitate easy and secure payment of school fees, we accept various payment methods including mobile payment systems and banks. Please follow the instructions below to make your payments for school fees and other related fees.

1. Mpesa (Vodacom Tanzania)

To pay via Mpesa, follow these simple steps:

  1. Dial *150*00# from your phone.
  2. Select option for payments.
  3. Enter the school payment control number provided by the school.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay.
  5. Confirm the payment details and enter your Mpesa PIN to complete the payment.

2. Airtel Money

To pay via Airtel Money, follow these steps:

  1. Dial *150*60# on your phone.
  2. Choose the payment option.
  3. Enter the school payment control number provided.
  4. Input the payment amount.
  5. Confirm the details and enter your Airtel Money PIN to complete the payment.

3. Halopesa (Halotel Tanzania)

Follow these steps to make a payment via Halopesa:

  1. Dial *150*88# from your halopesa phone.
  2. Select the payment option.
  3. Enter the payment control number given by the school.
  4. Input the amount you wish to pay.
  5. Confirm and enter your Halopesa PIN to authorize the payment.

4. Bank Payments (CRDB & NMB)

If you prefer to pay through the bank, we accept payments through CRDB and NMB. Here's how:

  1. Visit any CRDB or NMB branch.
  2. Request to make a school payment.
  3. Provide the school's payment control number.
  4. Specify the amount to pay for school fees or other fees.
  5. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a payment receipt for your records.
